We offer standard free ground shipping on orders over $100 when shipping to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada will incur an additional fee. We ship products within 1-2 business days. 

The Eagle Plus and BLUE EVOLUTION S+ do not qualify for free shipping. These products are shipped with freight forward carriers and carry a minimum $250 charge. 

Return Policy

Policy Details and Exclusions

US STEAM® offers a 15-day return policy if our steam cleaners did not perform as advertised. If you choose to return your steamer then it must be returned undamaged with all the accessories, original box, and packing materials.

The first day of the 15-day return period is the day the customer receives item

If a product is returned damaged or with missing items, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number.You may obtain an RMA by emailing cs@ussteam.net or calling (817) 297-7745. Once a return has been authorized and return instructions provided to the customer, the items must be returned postmarked within 1 week of receiving the RMA.

The EAGLEâ„¢, FALCONâ„¢, and SEAHAWKâ„¢ maybe returned by UPS or FEDEX. The SteamHERO and BLUE EVOLUTION S+ must be returned by a freight forward company. Our customer service representative can assist with the process.

Special freight truck deliveries (those items not delivered via UPS Small Package or FedEx Small Package) must be visually inspected at the time of delivery and any damage noted on the signed bill of lading or the delivery should be refused.

**Equipment financed is not eligible for a refund. 

Customer will still be responsible for the following charges:

  • Customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred on both outbound and return shipment.
  • Minimum 10% Restocking Fee
  • Additional restocking fee if the steamer is not returned in original condition

COVID RETURNS: A steamer is not returnable if it is used for any COVID purposes.
