Follow these steps to pack your steamer the correct way:

1. Request RMA.
2. RMA number will be emailed along with a shipping label.
3. Box up your steamer and include Repair Form.
4. Go to FedEx for drop off.
5. DO NOT SEND IN A REPAIR WITHOUT AN RMA.

1. Drain water from holding tank and boiler. Instructions are below.
2. Include only steamer, no accessories, cart, or hose.
3. Ship in 15x15x15 box. Try to include extra packing on bottom of box.
4. Include the Repair Form.
5. Attach shipping label to box.
6. Take box to FedEx.

1. If the damage is covered under warranty, there will be no charge for the repair.
2. Non-warranty work will carry a minimum cost of $150.
3. If repairs exceed $150, we will call you with an estimate.
4. Payment must be made in full before completing repairs.

1. Unplug steamer.
2. Steamer must be cool and have not been used for at least 2 hours.
3. Drain water from the boiler by unscrewing drain plug from bottom of steamer.
4. On the EAGLE Steamer, additionally, remove fill cap and drain water from holding tank.
